Make the Most of Your Benefits and Choices

Your benefits are here to support you all year long. Take full advantage of the wide range of resources available — from health and wellness programs to financial tools and everyday support. Whether it's preventive care, mental health support, savings opportunities or lifestyle resources, the more you explore, the more value you'll find in living well, staying balanced and planning for the future.

What happens if I have a qualifying life event?

With our transition to the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center, if you have a qualifying life event (QLE) on or before December 31, 2025, you’ll have to make changes to your benefits in two places. Learn more.

Your Benefits, Your Way

You have the flexibility to choose benefits that fit your personal needs and preferences. If you're a new hire, this is your opportunity to explore and select the options that work best for you (see new hire steps).

Life changes — and so can your benefits. Each year during Annual Enrollment, you can revisit your choices and make updates as your needs or circumstances change.

Next Steps for New Hires

Next Steps for New Hires

Enroll in Your Benefits within 30 Days of Your Hire

You will receive an email to your Wolters Kluwer email within your first week with enrollment information and deadlines.

Because of our transition to our new benefits experience, you will need to take action in two places if you're a new hire between October 29 and December 31, 2025.

  • Your Benefits Resources (YBR): Use this platform to enroll in or make changes to your 2025 benefits.
  • Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center: Use our new platform to enroll in or make changes to your 2026 benefits. Learn about access.

Starting January 1, 2026, the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center will be your single destination for all benefit-related needs, including new hire enrollment. It will replace Your Benefits Resources, which will no longer be available after December 31, 2025.

When you go to enroll, you can access a decision support tool that will calculate your out-of-pocket expenses based on your anticipated needs to find options that make the most sense for you.

Once you have completed enrollment, please allow seven business days for your eligibility to be loaded by the carriers. If you need to use your benefits before your eligibility is processed by your carriers, you can pay out of pocket and then submit a paper claim to the insurance carrier.

Look out for your ID cards?

You should receive your new benefit ID cards within 10-14 days of completing your enrollment. You can also access digital ID cards by logging into your account on the benefit vendor website.

What happens if I don’t enroll?

If you don’t enroll in benefits when initially eligible, you will only have company-provided coverage for Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. You will also automatically be enrolled in 401k retirement savings plan. You will not have medical, dental or vision coverage. You will also not have any voluntary benefits coverage or be able to contribute to an FSA. You will need to wait until the next Annual Enrollment for additional options unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Submit Required Dependent Verification within 30 Days of Your Benefit Election

You will add your dependents when you enroll (with coverage effective retroactively to your hire date). After you enroll, you must submit documentation verifying eligibility for any dependents (spouse, domestic partner and children) you will be covering through your Wolters Kluwer benefits within 30 days of the date you complete enrollment in the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center.

Examples of required documentation include:

  • Birth certificate(s) for you and any covered dependents
  • Marriage certificate (if married and covering your spouse)

Be on the look out to receive notifications directly from the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center outlining the process, required documentation and deadlines.

Enroll in the Wolters Kluwer 401(k) Plan

After you receive your first pay statement from Wolters Kluwer, you can register with Fidelity, the 401(k) Plan administrator, to opt out of the automatic enrollment or change your contribution amount. To register visit Fidelity at netbenefits.com (plan #90415) or call 800-354-6549.

30 to 45 days after your hire date, be on the lookout for information mailed to your home from Fidelity with details on your 401(k).

Auto enrollment

If you don’t make an election, you will be auto enrolled:

  • Your contributions will start at 3% of your salary (on a pre-tax basis)
  • Your contributions will increase by 1% each year (in April) until they reach 10%
