Make your choices
Annual Enrollment is your opportunity to choose the benefits that will support you and your family in the year ahead. From October 26 through November 6, visit the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center to review your options, use the available decision tools and make your 2027 elections. Need help accessing?
Before you submit:
- Review your benefit elections and covered dependents.
- Confirm or update your beneficiaries.
- Make a new HSA or FSA contribution election for 2027, if applicable. These elections do not carry forward.
- Submit any changes by November 6.
With several updates for 2027, we encourage you to take a fresh look at your benefits. Visit the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center to confirm your elections, dependents and other information, explore the available decision tools and choose the benefits that best support you and your family.
What happens if I don’t enroll?
If you don't actively enroll, most of your current benefit elections will carry forward, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability.
However, the following elections do not carry forward and require a new election each year:
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Vacation Buy-up
Review and confirm:
- Your covered dependents and beneficiaries
- Your tobacco status (otherwise a surcharge will apply)
If you're currently enrolled in the BCBS HMO Illinois plan, action is required. This plan will no longer be available in 2027, so you'll need to choose a new medical option during Annual Enrollment. If you do not enroll in a new plan, you will automatically be defaulted into the PPO plan for 2027.

New to Wolters Kluwer?
If you’re a new hire, you need to make separate elections for 2026 and 2027 benefits within 31 days of your hire date. Complete both enrollment steps in the Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center to make sure you have the benefits you need for the remainder of 2026 and the year ahead.
