Note: With the transition to the new benefits experience, resources available through Alight (our current benefits administrator), including the Your Benefits Resources (YBR) enrollment system and informational site at www.mywolterskluwerbenefits.com, will be phased out and no longer available beginning January 1, 2026.

2026 Benefit Changes
New Dental Carrier
Delta Dental will replace MetLife as a dental carrier. This enhancement offers a broader network of providers, which means you’ll have more options when looking for an in-network dentist. You can search for a new provider or check to see if your current dentist is included using the Delta Dental Dentist Finder.
If you're currently enrolled in MetLife coverage, you will be defaulted into the same tier of Delta Dental coverage if no action is taken during Annual Enrollment. There are no changes to contribution amounts or core plan features, and this does not affect the Cigna Dental HMO.
Medical Plan Rates Increase
Contributions for all medical plans will increase. While Wolters Kluwer continues to cover the majority of costs for your medical coverage, contributions are adjusted each year to reflect the overall claims experience within our population and expected medical and pharmacy expenses going forward. They are also the result of general trends in costs for health care, administration and related expenses.
What you pay depends on your plan and coverage level, so be sure to review your costs when you enroll through the new Wolters Kluwer Benefits Center. Consider all your options. You could save money by choosing the most cost-effective plan for your situation — including options that may be available to you through your spouse/domestic partner.
Increased Limits for the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
For 2026, if you elect the Enhanced HSA or Core HSA Plan and are eligible to contribute to an HSA, you’ll be able to contribute more to your Health Savings Account on a tax-free basis. The IRS limits will increase to:
- $4,400 if you enroll just yourself in medical coverage
 - $8,750 if you enroll at least one other family member

You can add an additional $1,000 in catch-up contributions to the limits above if you are age 55 or older or will turn age 55 by the end of 2026.
You will also be able to contribute more to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) in 2026:
- $3,300 to Health Care FSA
 - $7,500 to Dependent Care FSA (this is important to note, as this limit has typically been $5,000 for years and you can now contribute thousands of dollars more in 2026)

Enhanced Vision Benefit
As part of your vision coverage, the frame allowance is increasing to $180, with no increase in colleague contributions.
Decrease in Long-Term Disability Rate
Your contribution rates for Long-Term Disability (LTD) will decrease by 3%. There are no changes to the plan design.
Critical Illness Insurance Update
Critical Illness Insurance is now only available through colleague-paid voluntary benefits. It will no longer be offered as part of the Core HSA and Enhanced HSA medical plans.
Your Benefits, Your Way
You have the flexibility to choose benefits that fit your personal needs and preferences. Life changes — and so can your benefits. Each year during Annual Enrollment, you can revisit your choices and make updates as your needs or circumstances change.
